1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done with your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the platform.
• You may not share, sell or otherwise allow anyone else to use your account.

2. Course access and payments

• Payments for courses are processed securely at checkout, and your course access is granted once payment is confirmed.
• Purchased course access is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date your payment is confirmed.
• At the end of the 6-month access period, your course access ends, and your account data and learning progress are permanently deleted from our systems.
• Course prices, content and availability may change from time to time, but changes will not affect access you have already paid for.
• Access to a purchased course is for your personal learning and is not transferable to another person.
• All purchases are final. Because you receive immediate access to the digital course materials after payment, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law. Please read the course description carefully before enrolling.

3. Your use of the platform

• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and for your own learning.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell or republish course content without our permission.
• You may not interfere with the platform, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the service.
• You may not post content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive or misleading in any community or submission areas.

4. Results and expectations

We aim to provide high-quality education and guidance, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a particular number of connections, followers, views, offers or income. Your results depend on your effort, consistency and how you apply what you learn.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, branding and software in the platform belong to Fastlane / Blossom Affia or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your learning, nothing more.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your inability to access it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used in a way that harms the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@blossomaffia.site.

8. Account data and records

When your course access ends (after 6 months) or your account is closed, your personal data, learning progress and course materials will be permanently deleted from our systems. For legal, accounting and security purposes, we may keep limited records of transactions and support communications (including records of emails we send you) for as long as we are required to by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
