• Payment details you provide at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Flutterwave), and we do not store your full card details.
• Information about how you use the platform, such as which lessons you complete, your progress, quiz and assignment submissions, and course activity.
• Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and device information, collected through standard analytics and logging.

• To create and manage your account, and to give you access to the courses you have enrolled in.
• To process your payments and confirm your enrolment.
• To communicate with you about your account, your progress, course updates and important notices.
• To send you occasional course reminders so you can keep your learning on track.
• To improve the platform, troubleshoot issues and keep the service secure.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers we use to run the platform, such as our hosting provider, payment provider and email provider, and only to the extent needed to provide our services. We may also share information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. How we protect your information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure connections (HTTPS), restricted access to your data and careful handling of your password. Your password is stored securely and never in plain text. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Your rights

You can access and update your name and notification preferences at any time from your profile page. You can close your account and request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@blossomaffia.site.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your course access is active, so we can continue to provide access to your courses and progress. Course access lasts for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. At the end of that period, or when you delete your account, your personal data and learning progress are permanently wiped from our systems.

We may keep limited records of transactions and emails sent to you (such as payment and support records) for as long as we are required to by law, for accounting and security purposes. These records are kept securely and are not used for anything else.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
